7 December 2024. Lubero, North Kivu province ( DRC) Rwanda M23 rebels facing consistent setbacks in their battles against the self-defence Congolese forces.

7/12/2024. Yes indeed Rwanda Military are fight in DRC. Despite the Luanda Peace Process! , the Rwanda M23 in North Kivu (DRC) prolongs the conflict and instability

“It has been also confirmed that about 120 armed groups are operating in the DRC being the root of all insecurity in the region”. But failing to shed light on is the real truth behind the existence of the so-called 120 armed Groups, and that there is no need to look further at what is happening – e.g. who is arming them? Are they acting in self-defence? How is one armed group different from another? Whose interests do they represent? What connections do they have with the infiltrating powers of Rwanda, Uganda, Burundi and the EAC “ the so-called peacekeeping force”? Justice Congo Group believes that this implication is based on a historic racist trope that "the Congolese are always killing each other", that Congolese life is cheap, and therefore there is nothing more to be said. It is time for the truth about this situation to be widely and honestly understood, Justice Congo Group commissioned research from a trusted team in DRC , eastern DRC , to analyse the nature of each of these armed groups. We successfully disseminated this report, Re;” 120 armed groups” within the United Nations framework. request.pdf (justicecongogroup.org) or, see attached UNHCR report document and the Cartography, is open source information, and you are welcome to use it as you see fit. Amidst a multiple of pressing issues, Justice Congo Group believes that this matter warrants special attention. Feel free to contact us for an expert consultation on this issue.

Decades have passed with no solution in sight for the ongoing war that has been imposed  upon the sons and daughters of the Democratic Republic of Congo. The devastating impact of violence on countless population in the East of DRC  is immeasurable, with lives lost, families torn apart, and wealth stolen, all at the hands of foreign invaders, Rwanda and Uganda and allies  Professor  KABASELE MENGA YENGA ALBERT was the General Director  at Institut Géographique du Congo.  During his personal account, he vividly details the tumultuous events that transpired in the Democratic Republic of Congo in 1997 when it was unexpectedly invaded  by  the regular army of Rwandan and Uganda, in the name of  AFDL (Alliance des Forces Démocratiques pour la Libération du Congo-Zaïre) , which has now turned  into the M23 group, Alliance Fleuve Congo. AFDL  incinerated the authoritative map, ATLAS  of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. ( "An atlas is a collection of maps that typically show geographic features, political boundaries, and social, religious, and economic statistics. It is traditionally bound into book form but can also be found in multimedia formats")  There was a sense of purpose and determination in their movements, a clear indication that every step was taken with a specific goal in mind.  Up until now,  DRC remains without a cartographic representation of its expanse. Would you ever imagine that the Map of the Democratic Republic of Congo must once again be revisited and rewritten? The director, Professor  KABASELE MENGA,  along with his dedicated team, they tried  to acquire the coveted cartographic document from the  Belgium. However, despite their persistent efforts, the Belgian government remained steadfast in their refusal to cooperate. It is evident that a complex conspiracy is going on  against this Country and its citizens, a sinister scheme that must be brought to light and dismantled.  Justice Congo Group, stands as a beacon of hope in the dark shadows of war and injustice that plague the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Furaha Bahati, A young hailing from the tumultuous region of North Kivu, was compelled to flee her village after witnessing the relentless onslaught by the Rwandan army, M23. The fearless and determined young woman made the strong decision to pick up weapons and join the fight against the Rwandan forces in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. she is calling upon all Congolese to join forces and stand together as one in order to break free from the chains of despair and find solace in a brighter tomorrow.

The marginalized community in the Maniema province , DRC abandoned by the DR Congo corrupt government, struggling to survive in a volatile and unforgiving environment. They are forced to take matters into their own hands, seeking out ways to defend themselves against the constant threats and dangers of M23 that loom over their heads.

In the region of North Kivu, a group of innocent children have been freed from the clutches of the Rwanda rebel group, M23 in DRC. However, despite their newfound freedom, the harsh reality remains that their chances of survival are still depressing.

The undeniable evidence shows that the established administrations of Rwanda and Uganda within the DRC have been sacrificing the Wazalendo group, a recently formed self-defence unit that was incorporated into the military forces of the DRC, (FARDC) with the purpose of aiding in the resistance against the M23 rebellion. The Armed Forces of the Democratic Republic of Congo have consistently displayed a lack of eagerness when it comes to confronting the m23 rebel group, instead opting to allow them to continue their advances and seize control of numerous villages. This hesitancy has raised concerns among the Wazalendos themselves and local residents.

KENYATA MIRINDI, Executive Director of Justice Congo Group. (Human rights Self defence, Advocacy) During my captivating presentation at the prestigious global summit in Portugal Cascais 9 to 11 of July 2024, On Behalf of Justice Congo Group, I astounded the eager audience with a profound revelation: the essence of digital sustainability as the cornerstone of our evolving digital civilization. In my discussion, I placed significant emphasis on the overlooked complexities surrounding the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) For example, The issue of illegal exploitation of the Democratic Republic of Congo's natural resources for global digital innovation remains a pressing concern... I put forth a number of different resolutions to address the ongoing issue plaguing us. At Justice Congo Group, we believe that our input has been consistently disregarded and overlooked by the international community . The very act of disregarding the DRC is, in essence, turning a blind eye to one's very own existence. The Congo Basin rainforest is the world’s largest carbon sink, with 500 million acres of rainforest capturing more carbon annually than the Amazon. It plays an important role in purifying the atmosphere. Over a quarter of the basin is at risk of disappearing by 2050, according to a report from the Observatory for Central Africa Forests , mainly due to forest fires, logging , mining and illegal exploitation of DRC's natural resources. In DRC there is an Increase in number of foreign armed groups created by Rwanda and Uganda, as a result of unregulated pillaging of DRC’s rich resources. Forced displacement of Congolese due this illegal mining activities carried out by multinational corporations. Therefore, internal displacement of refugees with no support whatsoever. In March 2024, the UN reported that the number of internally displaced in DRC had reached 7.2 million, the largest in the world. These people need to survive via artisanal logging, slashing and burning of forests to transform forest land into agricultural land, collection of wood for fuel, charcoal... Decimating the delicate balance of ecological integrity in pursuit of material prosperity is tantamount to undermining the very foundation of global progress and sustainable advancement. https://vimeo.com/984873532/adbd0f78f3

Wazalendo, self defence movement against M23 rebel Army From Rwanda and Uganda.

Once upon a time, the brave Self defence Wazalendo successfully managed to seize a substantial amount of ammunition from the M23 rebels in the war-torn rural area of East of DRC

The son and Daughters of Congo in North Kivu province have been forced to flee their homes by the Rwanda M23. The Agenda of Rwanda Government is to continue Persecution, exploitation of DRC's natural resources and establishing a settlement, People of own image, Tutsi from Rwanda and Uganda.

Without the valiant efforts of the fearless self-defence movement, the entire nation of DRC would have been left vulnerable to a Machiavelli plan aimed at creating a rift in the nation, with some factions leaning towards Rwanda and Uganda. To be noted. Both Rwanda and Uganda government have successfully inserted their citizens into different levels of the government in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Due to ongoing challenges, the Democratic Republic of Congo has found itself in a weak position , struggling to assert its control over its own territory.
