WHO WE HELP SURVIVORS OF SEXUAL VIOLENCE Many Congolese women and men in the UK and in eastern DRC carry the trauma of conflict-related sexual violence. We provide peer support groups, access to trauma-informed counselling, and referrals to specialist services delivered by people with the language skills and cultural understanding this community needs. REFUGEES AND ASYLUM SEEKERS. Congolese refugees and asylum seekers in the UK often face years of uncertainty, during which they cannot work and struggle to access training. We provide digital literacy and skills programmes that build confidence and open pathways to employment and independence. HUMAN RIGHTS AND LEGAL INFORMATION Navigating the UK asylum system without legal knowledge is extremely difficult. We provide legal information workshops that help Congolese asylum seekers understand their rights and prepare their cases, and we document human rights violations in eastern DRC through trusted local partners.

Justice Congo Group  is driven by the pressing hardships faced by the Congolese people in Eastern DRC. Since 2022, our journey began merely as a campaign, fuelled by a desire to raise awareness. Yet, confronting the harsh realities and widespread suffering engulfing this  nation, we realized mere words were insufficient. Thus, we transformed our mission, evolving into a full fledged NGO ( Soon to be entitled NGOs status)   driven by action, committed to saving lives on the ground and making a tangible difference

The tragedy of "conflict minerals” which is contributing so much to the suffering of the Congolese people.
The greed for these minerals causes neighbouring countries to pillage across the borders of DRC, in order to smuggle minerals which are then sold as their own.
Through proxy militias, these countries seek to destabilise the local population, to gain further access to the valuable minerals.

This is the “war at the heart of Africa” happening right now.

Supporting Congolese communities through trauma care, education, and human rights.

The need to profit from Congo minerals has resulted in 7.2 million people internally displaced according to a UN report in March 2024. One of the largest in the world. The humanitarian disaster resulting from cyclical, violent conflict in Congo, which has killed millions over the past three decades, continues to deepen. To save lives, we need your support. Please Donate.
