The Trial against Charles Onana: 7th October - 11th October 2024
CHARLES ONANA'S SPEECH SHORTLY FOLLOWING HIS LEGAL PROCEEDING IN PARIS 7th October - 11th October 2024. The communication in question, a visual transmission by our colleague , a human rights activist known as Charles Onana , transpired shortly following the conclusion of a legal proceeding held in Paris against his personality. Charles, with his forethought and anticipation, made a prediction that the impending trial he would face would not only have significant judicial ramifications but also ripple into the realm of politics. Paul Kagame of Rwanda has been unapologetically shaping his own legal framework, a framework that he is now imposing on countries and international institutions. Now he wants Charles's head, just as he has consistently engaged with many other individuals in similar situations. For example, judge Jean-Louis Bruguiere at the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR), Carla del Ponte, prosecutor of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda. In numerous situations, Paul Kagame ardently endeavoured to kill Charles O nana . But, it's uncertain that he will ultimately succeed in his evil project, said, Onana. Paul Kagame's hands stained with the blood of as many as million innocent people. Charles's advice to the people of DRC is not just mere words but a profound reflection of his understanding of the current situation in DRC. Dear son and Daughter of DRC, do not let yourself feel overwhelmed by the power and influence of the International community. In addition, do not allow the daunting presence of global media backing Paul Kagame's Project and himself to install fear in you. Should you decide to give way to these detrimental influences, your nation could potentially be engulfed by the very forces that seek to undermine its essence and existence. Within the pages of my book ( Holocauste au Congo: L'Omerta de la communauté internationale Paperback – April 12, 2023 French Edition by Charles Onana (Author) ) lies a revelation of the veiled motives behind the crime by Paul Kagame and the international community politics, particularly concerning the exploitation of the abundant natural resources Beneath the surface of the heart of Africa, the Democratic Republic of the Congo. As of this current moment, the current situation is what has been established up until now
"CONDEMNATION OF CHARLES ONANA OR PROOF OF A CORRUPT AND POLITICIZED FRENCH JUSTICE SYSTEM? ============================================= Writer Charles Onana has been found guilty of "compliance in public challenging the existence of a crime against humanity" by the Paris Correctional Court because of some excerpts from his 2018 work, "Rwanda, the Truth About Operation Turquoise." When archives speak." For those following the processing of the Rwandan case in France, this court decision is not surprising. In my book "Rwanda: Malheur aux vaincus" published a few months ago, I show how a network of French associations and academics linked to Paul Kagame's regime tries to muzzle all those who challenge the official version of the Rwandan genocide built in the shadow of victory Military of the Rwandan Patriotic Front (FPR), the ruling party in Kigali since July 1994. Most of these academics and associations have formed civil parties in Charles Onana's trial. Worse, I found out during my investigation that the French justice system was not neutral in its handling of cases related to the genocide in France. I interviewed two great French magistrates on this subject, and one of them told me that the French judicial world is riddled with corruption, position struggles, careerism, and the friendship between politicians and judges. A universe in which "a small group of judges" has been "organized and structured as a pressure group" to make one's personal ambitions triumph. "They are in almost religious mechanisms" while their knowledge of Rwanda is very lacking, says magistrate. More details in "Rwanda: Woe to the defeated". So not surprised by the verdict in Charles' trial. Even though the facts argued in his favor, I would expect a politically motivated decision because of the political implications associated with this matter. By the way, I told him about it during my visit to Paris last month. The fact that the President Court, Ms. Delphine Chauchis, set the date of the verdict as December 9, the anniversary of the adoption of the 1948 Convention for the Prevention and Suppression of the Crime of Genocide, left little doubt about the forthcoming decision. Charles Onana has been sentenced for pleasing the Kigali master and his French relays. This is also France. Charles has made an appeal and the fight has just begun. To those who, since the beginning of the trial, promise me the same fate, good luck. Truth will eventually prevail... Our firm stance stands against such actions, which we believe deserve swift and decisive action instead.
